Just a gal who loves to spend her paychecks darting around the world.
I’m passionate about many other things, too. My chuckle-inducing teens, my let’s-just-drive-down-this-weird-and-dangerous-road travel & life partner, coffee at sunrise and obscurely-labeled merlot when the rays turn to pre-bedtime blues.
When I’m not running ridiculous distances or chilling with friends who make me think, you’ll find me snuggled with a book and my cat.
And don’t even get me started about the masses of rocks from around the globe jammed into the colorful homes of my houseplants…

Imagine warm sun dancing across your shoulders and sand scraping your thighs as you dip your toes into Pacific just off the coast of Ecuador. A Galápagos sea lion lifts its meaty head and burps at you from its position mere yards away. Your breath, still tasting of sunrise java, mingles with the salty tinges of the surrounding ocean. You smell humidity, the slight tartness of swamp hibiscus, and adventure. I’ve been lots of places but I still imagine this, too.
